Fuel HQ approached me to develop the visual system for a series of AI agents used on stage at an internal Coca-Cola leadership event.

Working with direction and guidance from Conor, Fuel HQ’s Creative Director, my role was to bring the agents to life as digital presences that could appear alongside Coca-Cola CEO Henrique Braun during a live keynote.

The agents were designed to support a conversation around how AI could integrate into Coca-Cola’s internal processes. They needed to feel intelligent, responsive and stage-ready, without becoming overly human or character-led.

A major part of the challenge was technical.

The visuals were designed for a 24-metre-wide LED screen, where quality was essential. Every detail had to hold up at scale, from the overall composition to the finer motion.

Throughout the process, I worked closely with the technical team to make sure the visuals were built correctly for the screen format, tested properly and delivered in a way that would run smoothly during the live event.

The result was a cinematic visual language for AI inside Coca-Cola.
